I purchased the Casio CDP-100 to practice music on with headphones as an alternative to always playing my upright piano. The feel of the keys is as good as any electric piano or keyboard I have played (including Korgs and Yamaha) and the sound through headphones or an amplifier is excellent. Install all drivers and software associated with your USB-powered MIDI device before the performance. Most MIDI controllers allow you to edit other MIDI data from the keyboard including after touch, velocity, volume and program number. Consult your manuals.

Unlike many computers, the Mac Book Pro will automatically recognize almost any MIDI keyboard connected to it. This saves users from manually creating a MIDI software connection within their operating systems.
The program is able to work with any Electronic Musical Keyboards having MIDI OUT. These are Electronic Keyboards and Digital pianos Casio, Yamaha, Roland, Korg, these are active and passive MIDI keyboards. Keyboards having 4 octaves, 5, 6 octaves, and also full 88 keys are supported. If the Musical Keyboard has Key Lighting system (for example Casio LK) the necessary keys are highlighted directly on a Musical Keyboard.
